It's time for our second weekly Doodle meet-up. Hopefully we'll see you and your doodles at Ross Park. The dogs had a great time last weekend playing together outside in the fresh air and best of all...they had a blast playing off leash with other doodles. Dog Parks are a great way to socialize your dogs. Going to dogs parks and puppy play dates has made a huge difference with my dogs and how they interact with new dogs and people. They are very calm now. I love it and so do they.

I know Ross Park might seem a little out of the way for some of you coming from Portland but it's well worth the drive. It's really a great park with really great people and all kinds of dogs and plenty of room, trees and grass and yeh! the park is completly fenced in.

It's only a hop, skip and a jump over the brige and it's directly off the freeway.No endless directions to follow - it's very easy to find.

You know your there when you see all the dogs playing!!

Ross Park - Dog Park

DOGPAW's flagship Park is at the ROSS substation off of I-5 and Hwy 99. This site is approximately 8 acres of open fields with plenty of hilly terrain to run, jump and fetch. It also features a small dog area, near the lower entrance, at NE 15th Ave.

Directions from PORTLAND AND I-5:

• I-5 exit #3 (Hazel Dell’s Hwy 99)
• Head north on Hwy 99
• Go east on NE Ross St to NE 15th Ave
• Parking at C-TRAN BPA Park & Ride with Handicap/Maintenance Entrance at 18th Ave
• *Street parking prohibited
